7/24/21Queenaarrived to pick up machine and was a bit overwhelmed at all the parts but the person in charge described how it set up and how it operated with easy. I asked a couple questions to ensure I understood, the guy in charge never made me feel bad or stupid. I left feeling like I could set the foam up without any issues. Kudo's to your team! I was able to setup the pit and run the machine with a small learning curve. Overcame that obstacle and we had a blast the whole time we were able to use the foam. Tear down, we could have used a bit of a heads up on how best to do that but we worked through it and did the best we could. When we returned it the guys were again amazing!!! and told us we did a good job. So we walked away feel great about our lame roll up job. 🙂 The kids loved this foam pit and parents were asking where we got it. Thank you for having such a great item!
