Do you have insurance?
Yes! All Blown Up Inflatable Rentals, the best kids party inflatables Evansville and Owensboro, is a fully licensed and insured company! We carry a five million dollar ($5,000,000) general liability policy, and we would be happy to provide you with a certificate of insurance upon request.
Do you require a deposit? What are the methods of payment?
All rentals require a minimum credit card deposit equal to 50% of the total rental cost. We are very flexible regarding final payments. We accept cash, pre-approved checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. This deposit is fully refundable in the event of severe weather on the date of your event. We have a very liberal cancellation policy. Please call us for cancellation details.
How long is the rental?
Our standard summer rental period is eleven (11) hours for customer pick-up from the time the unit leaves our warehouse until it is returned. The standard rental period for deliveries is six (6) hours. We are flexible concerning these rental time frames and only ask that you let us know any special requests in advance. We will do our best to accommodate any special needs.
What about the weather?
We know that the weather changes in this area very quickly, and we’re prepared to handle that! We will make every effort to make you happy and fulfill your rental needs. However, we always reserve the right to cancel a reservation if there is severe weather (lightning, high winds, etc). If weather conditions are marginal when we deliver the unit or you pick it up, and you decide to keep it, we cannot offer any refunds. Safe operation of our units and customer safety is our utmost concern.
How many children can bounce at one time?
Only compatible age groups and sizes are allowed on All Blown Up Inflatable Rentals’ units at the same time. We prohibit the use of any inflatable by persons over the age of fifteen (15) unless the unit is designed and intended for adult use. Also, no persons exceeding two hundred (200) pounds will enter any inflatable at any time. All Blown Up Inflatable Rentals uses the following guidelines, or the manufacturer’s recommended capacity/weight load printed on the inflatable (whichever is fewer), for maximum number of people allowed in a unit at one time:

What are the power requirements for rentals?
Our blowers operate on standard 100V AC (the regular plugs in homes and businesses). We will provide all of the heavy-duty extension cords that are required. However, we cannot set up more than one hundred (100) feet from the outlet without potentially damaging the blowers. Plan on needing one (1) outlet per inflatable and a maximum of two (2) blowers on any one (1) breaker.

How much space do I need?
Industry standards suggest that spacing should be at a minimum of six (6) feet in all directions. We understand that these guidelines cannot always be met exactly. Please contact us to discuss your space requirements.
How long does it take to set up?
It takes our employees approximately 25-30 minutes to set up each unit, go over the safety rules and answer any questions you might have.
Does the inflatable have to be set up on grass? Can I set it up on pavement? Can it be set up indoors?
Our units can be set up on grass, as well as some paved surfaces. If you plan to set up the inflatable on a paved surface, please let us know this when you reserve your unit. Inflatables cannot be set up on gravel, rocky surfaces, or steep inclines. We can set up our units indoors, assuming that the space is large enough to accommodate the unit. An ideal outdoor space is one that is a relatively flat, open area that does not have any overhead obstructions and has an available power outlet within fifty (50) feet of where the unit is to be set up. Spaces that are typically large enough for indoor set up are gyms, stages, shopping malls, convention halls and some garages (don’t forget about the garage door opener). If electricity is not available, portable generators are available for rent.

How far in advance should I reserve?
We recommend that reservations be made three (3) to six (6) weeks in advance. During the summer months, the most popular units are booked at least one (1) month in advance, and many weeks are completely sold out. Our recommendation is that you book as soon as you know the date of your event. However, if you decide that you’d like to make a last-minute rental, give us a call! We’ll do everything we can to accommodate last-minute reservations! We have hundreds of the best party rentals in the area, and we strive to never sell out!
What is included with my rental?
Our attractions come with all of the necessary equipment for safe set-up. You supply the power. If power is not available at your event location, generators can be rented from All Blown Up Inflatable Rentals. Concession equipment rental includes the machine and tools needed to operate. Supplies can be purchased from All Blown Up Inflatable Rentals.
What does the optional damage waiver include?
All Blown Up Inflatable Rentals LLC., offers an optional 8% non-refundable damage waiver on all rental equipment. Lessee must select coverage, pay in full, and sign rental contract before start of event for damage waiver to be bound. Acceptance of any and all claims that arise are based on sole discretion of ABU.
This cost covers:
- *Up to $250 per contract in accidental damage of an inflatable device.
- *Up to $500 per contract in reasonable wear and tear physical damage to the rental equipment.
- *Up to $1,000 per contract in wind and storm damage to tents, and properly deflated inflatables.
This Damage Waiver is NOT liability insurance. This Damage Waiver does NOT cover theft, vandalism, silly string, misuse and/or abuse. This Damage Waiver does NOT cover missing equipment. ABU will bill for any and all missing equipment at new replacement cost.
Rental Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and refunds are subject to approval by ABU executive staff. Once the contract is signed and/or the deposit paid, you are committing to leasing the subject equipment for a particular date and time. You may obtain a return of the deposit by canceling the rental contract in writing and delivering it to ABU six (6) weeks prior to scheduled date. Any cancellations with less than six (6) weeks to the event date will be subject to a prorated refund of the deposit/rental charge at the following rate: six (6) weeks to thirty (30) days – ten percent (10%) of the rental charge; twenty nine (29) days to fourteen (14) days prior to event – fifty percent (50%) of the rental charge. Cancellations within thirteen (13) days prior to the event and sooner will result in forfeiture of deposit and collection of balance due.
Can I send someone else to pick up my rental?
You can add one person (18 years or older) other than yourself to your contract to pick up the rental. Either you or your additional person must show a valid ID (cannot be expired) upon picking up the rental.

This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your credit card data. Our website uses cookies.
